The new CHRIS ROOTS #677 car makes its mark at its debut meeting and got into the August Short Circuit Magazine - Well sort of !!!!

The article reads - New BriSCA F2 Race Car for Roots  Chris Roots brought his new Formula Two Stock Car out for the first time at the Britsol Nationals in June. The much talked about new chassis from Elite certainly caused interest in the pits. So much so, that Short Circuit Magazine found it difficult to get a photograph!.

Unfortunately Roots was sidelined in the early stages of the Championship after a clash with Tim Farrell. By Jerry Fisher
